- 1972Founded on 1 April by Baumhof, Kuhn and Michael — their initials form the company name.
- 1973FM directional radio system approved.
- 19802.3 GHz FM system developed and successfully tested aboard a helicopter.
- 1986Video transmission from remote-controlled manipulator vehicles.
- 1993Systems for mobile investigation units.
- 2005Digital video downlink with analog fallback.
- 2006Digital video equipment supplied to numerous agencies for the FIFA World Cup in Germany.
- 2008Relocation from Pforzheim to Wurmberg.
- 2013HD video downlink delivered.
- 2017Support and equipment for Hamburg police at the G20 summit.
- 2022Support and equipment for the Bavarian police at the G7 summit.
- 2023Groundbreaking for the new building on Dachsteinstraße.
